Head of Procurement Operations

A market leading Technology company are currently hiring for a Head of Procurement Operations based in Singapore. The role, reporting into the Procurement Director, leads a team of procurement professionals in tactical procurement, supplier selection and review, contract management and running RFP/RFQ’s.

The Head will be responsible for procurement operations throughout the organization leading on tactical procurement, engaging with key stakeholders and developing, implementing and reviewing procurement policies aligned with both procurement and business objectives. The Head of Procurement Operations will also be responsible for driving change management and process improvement projects to improve efficiencies and effectiveness within the procurement operations function.

The successful candidate will be a proven leader who has led large procurement teams covering tactical procurement/procurement operations. You will have driven change within procurement and successfully delivered on process improvement projects such as automation, process development and systems implementation.
