Excellent opportunity to join a thriving business which is constantly growing - the role is to primarily support audits in the Banking and Financial Services business, which includes Wealth Management, Business banking and Personal Banking.

Responsibilities:
  • You will play a key role in the full lifecycle of audits.
  • Contribute to assessing the quality and effectiveness of the businesses internal controls framework, risk management and governance systems.
  • Engage in continuous business monitoring activities to help perform risk assessments to identify emerging risk themes and trends.
  • Whilst the role is based in Sydney you will be joining an internal audit team that is represented internationally (Melbourne, New York, London etc).
  • The successful candidate will need:-
  • Tertiary (bachelor's degree or higher) qualifications equivalent to a Certified Internal Auditor and professional membership of the Institute of Internal Auditors, or equivalent.
  • To have 3 years minimum experience in a comparable audit or risk management role.
  • Financial Services experience is desirable but if you have internal audit experience outside of Financial Services then they are happy to consider your application.
