As a Senior Product owner, you have extensive experience in Scrum delivery, as either Product Owner and/or Scrum Master. You will be a mentor and buddy that does the work as a servant leader and shared resource in the Scrum teams.
You will be part of the Digitisation Program to create a digital way of working by introducing a lean/agile way of working across the company to accelerate key projects in FY18 and continue to remove duplication.

Responsibilities:
  • Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management;
  • Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items;
  • Understanding product planning in an empirical environment;
  • Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value;
  • Coaching the Delivery Team in self-organization and cross-functionality;
  • Helping the Delivery Team to create high-value products;
  • Removing impediments to the Delivery Team’s progress;
 
Profile
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Product Owner
  • Proven experience writing Agile User Stories with Acceptance Criteria and breaking them down into smaller increments
  • Demonstrated evidence of ability to champion adherence to consistent application of the Scrum Framework
