Client Details
 
Our client, an innovative clean energy company with power projects located within Australia and internationally is seeking an in house lawyer with 2-5 years PQE to join their friendly and well established legal team.
 
Description

Your role will focus on supporting project developments in the Australian business by drafting, negotiating and reviewing a range of agreements including project, construction, finance, operations & maintenance agreements. From time to time you will also be involved with corporate matters as well as assisting with risk management.
 
Profile

With 2-5 years PQE, you have a commercial approach, excellent technical skills and are able to work well autonomously or as part of a team as required. Your experience has been gained in a top tier, mid tier or specialist boutique law firm in projects, project finance, corporate/M&A or construction. Alternatively, candidates with experience in a similar in house environment are welcome to apply.
