Audit Administrator - Financial Services

Join a fast-paced, collaborative, and high energy team provide high level HR admin coordination and support to our Recruitment team. As an Audit Administrator, you are responsible in onboarding facet – collating employee such as psychometric assessments, pre-employment requirements, and reference checks. In this role, you will also gain exposure to some additional HR admin duties and responsibilities.

What you’ll do:

Provide daily support to a team of Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists across ANZ
Assist in conducting audits, reviews, and other auditing-related tasks, including basic audit procedures
Obtain and maintain candidate documents to be used for onboarding preparation
Participate in meetings regarding compliance and any changes in the audit process
Collaborate with the broader team on process improvements

You’ll be someone who can bring:

At least 1 year of experience in recruitment administration under APAC, ANZ, or EMEA region.
Experience working in a large and complex business environment
A firm technical understanding of Microsoft Office tools and a sharp focus on offering a superb candidate experience is essential
Great communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative and high energy team.
