Property Executive [Bukit Timah, $3400, Shopping Mall/ Office Tower]

Junior permanent position with salary up to $3400
Location at Bukit Timah
Experience with calling for term contracts from start to finish
Experience with car park management and managing service providers like cleaning, landscape, pest control and refuse collection

Responsibilities:

Handover of tenant's premises in accordance to checklist & timeline
Follow up & close all defects identified within 2-4 weeks (depending on size & complexity)
Supervision of tenant's fit-out to ensure compliance to plans, our policies & requirements
Set up a structured routine cleaning schedule (for routine & periodic clean)
Daily checks to ensure compliance & evaluate performance
Preventive maintenance schedule for pest control
Rodent's control programme - conduct of baseline survey
Mandatory Waste Reporting to NEA

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Experience with car park management and managing service providers like cleaning, landscape, pest control and refuse collection
