A leading Global Financial Institution have an excellent opportunity for a Global Category Lead to be based in Singapore. Managing global spend for Corporate Real Estate, you will lead a team covering sub categories including leases, integrated facility management (IFM), and real estate project spend. 
 
The Global Category Lead will be responsible for refining the category strategy and developing a long-term road map for Real Estate spend. In addition, the Category Lead will work with global and regional stakeholders and engage with them on functional requirements to assist in the implementation of effective and efficient procurement strategies relating to cost, speed to market, supplier relationships, risk and innovation. The Global Category Lead will manage and develop the category team in the execution of procurement strategies for different regions and ensure best practices are communicated effectively to key stakeholders.
 
The successful candidate must have extensive experience in developing and implementing category strategy at both a regional and global level. You will have direct experience in managing real estate and facilities spend as well as leading a team with a passion for talent development. In addition, you must be an effective communicator with the ability to engage and collaborate with key stakeholders globally.
