Apply: Assistant Manager, Restructuring and Forensics

• Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
• Accounting advisory firm
• Candidates must have some relevant experience in either Restructuring Insolvency, Liquidation, accounting / finance/ audit/ assurance, Transaction & Advisory Services

Responsibilities would include:

• Assist and perform corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements, for example liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring / special accountant and debt restructuring
• Assist on advisory services on business strategies based on agreed-upon procedures, due diligence engagements, and business advisory
• Assist in preparing letters, notices, emails, reports-writing, financial review and preparation of restructuring proposals 
• Take control of business premises and assets, followed by realisation
• Information gathering from books / records of clients and third parties, Investigation of past transactions
• Adjudication of creditors’ claims
• Ensure high service standards and reporting deadlines are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably accounting
• Good communication and reporting-writing skills, understand basic financial statements/ balance sheet
• Able to read financial statements, have numeric sense/ acumen, financial analysis/ review skills
• Years of experience: 1-5 years of relevant audit, assurance or restructuring experience
• Good analytical skills with ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions
• Good team player, family culture
