What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting comprehensive industry research and market mapping to support senior recruiters in identifying top talent
• Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels, including our internal database, Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn, and direct outreach via email and phone
• Preparing high-quality documentation, formatting candidate profiles, and developing pitch and shortlist presentations
• Coordinating interview logistics, managing calendars, and arranging video calls and reference checks to ensure a seamless recruitment process
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system while ensuring timely follow-up on all applications.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to build rapport with senior candidates, leaders and executives
• A strong interest in recruitment and people-focused work
• Excellent systems skills and the ability to learn and navigate and utilise evolving, leading edge technology
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive, resourceful team player who enjoys making connections
