Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key financial services clients is currently seeking a Program Manager with experience in driving strategy through to execution.  The contract opportunity is initially 6 months engagement with the view to extend.
 
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong understanding of data driven delivery and business  projects. You will enjoy influencing senior stakeholders and interacting across both a complex business and technology landscape - you will have a strong focus on strategy, execution and the essentially the end customer.
 
As Program Manager you will lead and manage program activities that deliver business and/or technology solutions, enabling the business to achieve its strategic goals, business benefits and outcomes.
You will provide leadership and guidance to the Program team, with the following key accountabilities;

We’re also looking for candidates with the following experience;

• 10+ years within projects and programs, with at least 4 years in a Leadership role
• A strong track record of successfully leading and delivering large and complex data projects / programs of up to $30million.
• Prior experience within the Financial Services industry and leading teams in a business solutions environment
• Deomstrated experience managing and building effective working relationships at all levels of an organisation, particularly senior stakeholder relationships across the business divisions
• Experience delivering complex data driven programs in a matrix environment (i.e. reporting to both IT and Business Leaders)
