The Role:

Maxima, and our Host Employers, are looking for committed individuals to undertake an entry-level Business Traineeship.

Throughout this 18-month traineeship you will receive on-the-job training and support by working alongside experienced supervisors and study online towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to various stakeholders
• Answer incoming and outgoing enquiries via phone and emails
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and file management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
• Learn and apply administrative processes and procedures under the guidance of experienced administrators
• Contribute to process improvements and streamlined workflows
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail in all tasks

About You:

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Punctual and reliable
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
• Previous customer service experience (advantageous)
