Join a growing life insurance business in their Singapore office as Business Development Manager - IFA

In this role you will report directly into the Head of Distribution Department. Your role as Business Development Manager (BDM) will be managing the independent financial advisory (IFA) channel. Your key responsibilities will be to work with assigned partners, support growth strategy across both top and bottom line, and drive required sales behaviours. You will actively participate in product development processes to align market and customer segment needs.

Experienced BDMs with current or previous experience managing IFA partners will be preferred. This will be a high impact and you will work together as a team to drive growth and introduce changes.

We are seeking for an individual with high level of initiative, can bring ideas and solutions to the table and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
