Apply: Technical Administrator | Jira and Confluence SME

Our client is embarking on significant application and solution development projects and programs of work, with new investment and focus on improving customer experience.  The team have gained a lot of momentum and are now looking to engage a Technical Administrator to help manage JIRA and Confluence instances.
This will role will include configurations, upgrades, installations, user management, performance tuning and day to day usage queries, as well as providing support and training where required.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need a strong blend of the following:

• 3+ years experience in a similar role working as a Jira / Confluence SME or Administrator.
• Experience in managing large volume of Jira and Confluence instances.
• Experience in managing configurations and upgrades.
• Experience providing production support.
• Experience across both Linux or Windows environments desirable.
• Strong coding skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to prioritise.

This long-term contract will allow you to further enhance your skills and experience with Jira and Confluence
Administration in a complex and diverse environment, as well as build your profile as an SME in this space.
