Institutional Equity Sales, VP / Director

Strong institutional client base
Senior level hiring VP onwards (depending on profile, more than 1 headcount open)

Responsibilities:

Report to the Head of Equity and working closely with a team of Research Analysts, Sales Traders and Corporate Access teams on your daily operations
Responsible for increasing sales revenue and market share of institutional accounts across the region
Cultivate new clients and develop / maintain existing clients through new business ideas
Understand clients’ strategies, their view of market opportunities so as to advise them on the right investment opportunities
Determine ways to improve the company’s service to clients and develop a systematic approach to process improvement
Communicate timely and provide high quality solutions and service to clients to improve their profitability

Profile of Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Institutional equities sales in Regional Market experience is a must
8-12 years of relevant experience
Strong institutional client base
Sales driven, result-oriented, creative, dynamic, good interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a high intensity environment
Team player, family culture
Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
