Retail Assistant (Clinic Pharmacy, Office Hours, Permanent Role)

Retail Pharmacy, Office Hours from Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm & Sat Half Day

Responsibilities:

Perform daily operations of the pharmacy
Ensure that the store is opened punctually, high standard of cleanliness at the trading area and retail storeroom
Provide quality customer service and professional courteous service to all patients / customers
Identify customers’ needs and assist them with product enquiries
Demonstrate good telephone etiquette
Operating cash register and handling of cash in the pharmacy
Manage stock inventory
Perform daily checks to ensure sufficient/minimum required quantities of stocks are displayed in the retail shop floor
Monitor stocks levels and initiate replenishment when stocks are low
Ensure proper merchandising of products
nspect stock conditions and ensure that retail stocks are stored in the correct storage conditions
Perform goods receipts, handle inter-branch transfers and error reports

Requirements:

GCE N or O level
Minimum 2 years experiences in retail store environment, experiences in pharmacy retail highly preferred
Fluent in Chinese to speak with Chinese-speaking customers
Customer-oriented
Only Singaporean may apply
