  • OS & Application Patching Methodologies & Deployment
  • OS deployment and customization
  • Active Directory
  • MS Azure
  • Microsoft O365 – Office client deployment and servicing
  • Group Policy
  • Patch deployment
  • Reporting on patch compliance and inventory
  • Creation of custom reports
  • SCCM Client deployment
  • Task sequence customisation
  • Creating driver packages
  • Upgrade and maintenance of SCCM
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
