EXPERIENCED COUNTERBALANCE FORKLIFT OPERATORS – TRUGANINA 

AM Shift | Long-Term Opportunities | State-of-the-Art Facility

We’re currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators with slipsheet attachment experience to join a modern, high-tech facility located in Truganina.

If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a chiller environment, we want to hear from you!

🔹 What’s on Offer:
  • AM Shift Only: 6:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday

  • Long-term ongoing work with a potential to go permanent

  • Brand new, state-of-the-art facility

🔹 About the Role:
  • Operating Counterbalance forklift with slipsheet attachment

  • Working in a chiller environment (-6°C)

  • Loading/unloading and stock movement

  • Assisting with manual labouring duties when required

  • Maintaining a strong safety focus at all times

🔹 To Be Successful You Must:
  • Have proven Counterbalance forklift experience

  • Have demonstrated slipsheet attachment experience

  • Hold a current and valid forklift licence

  • Be comfortable working in cold storage (-6 degrees)

  • Be willing to perform manual handling tasks as needed

  • Be able to pass a police check

  • Be available for an immediate start

  • Provide your own chiller/freezer PPE
