This is an exciting position reporting into the Head of Technology Risk.
 
Your mandate will be to advise on Technology + Cyber Risk capability focusing on Data Analytics / GenAI and Emerging technologies, being on the forefront of delivering cutting-edge technology and risk assurance solutions.
 
Some Duties:
Provide assurance around Data Management, Digital Transformation, GenAI and  Emerging Technology.
Assurance across cyber and technology risk.
Present at sub-committee forums and at times at Board level.
Liaise on a regular basis with Heads of and CRO.
Provide mentoring where needed.
 
Your background:
Degree in Technology, Data Science, Architecture, Engineering, Accounting etc., with Big 4 / Chartered / Consulting training in either / Risk / Data Analytics / Data Science or other.
You could be in Tech Risk, Data Analytics (DA), Emerging Technologies (ET) or Data Engineering / Architecture.
CISM, CISSP qualification desirable.
You will ideally have solid Line 2 exposure or Line 1.
Financial services exposure is advantageous but can look outside of FS but you must have worked in a complex organization.
Recent or past experience gained in Emerging Technologies in either Artificial Intelligence (AI) / GenAI / Blockchain / IoT / Machine Learning (ML) / Quantum Computing and / or Cryptocurrencies will be highly regarded.
You will be familiar with concepts such as Business Insights, Model Configuration, Big Data, Data Lakes, Data Privacy, Quantitative and or Qualitative, AWS or Azure cloud technologies, and / or AI-powered data solutions.
Critical thinker, agile, can work with ambiguity, with above superb interpersonal and communications skills.
You will enjoy continuous learning and a genuine interest in driving innovation.
 
Ideally you will be a Sydney based candidate | Must have PR or be a Citizen.
