We are looking for a Senior Test Analyst to join a large blue-chip organisation based in the Sydney CBD. You will be working within the Retail Domain and will be joining an existing project that began late last year. The Test Analyst will be responsible for Testing the company's internal systems that will be integrated over the course of the year.
This includes testing on ServiceNow and experience on this is essential.
The role will predominately involve Manuel Testing however experience with Automation Testing Tools is also deemed necessary for the position.

Responsibilities
  • Hands-on including development and execution of test scenarios and scripts and tracking/retesting of defects;
  • Experience in managing Vendor Test Resources
  • Ensuring that test planning, estimating, quality and associated risk management processes are maintained;
  • Well-developed organisational skills and the capacity to be flexible in balancing priorities to meet/exceed customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Engaging with and mentoring Business Stakeholders and selected UAT representatives throughout the UAT preparation and execution process;
  • Engaging with the project vendors and delivery teams to ensure test issues are well documented and understood to support efficient solutions.
  • Ensuring all test artefacts and support procedures are handed off seamlessly to the operational and QA teams at completion with appropriate roles & responsibilities, policies, standards and processes.


Essential Skills
  • 8+ years experience in a Senior Tester or Lead role
  • Excellent skills in Manuel Testing
  • Experience with Automation Testing Tools
  • Strong background writing test scripts
  • Commercial experience working on ServiceNow (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
