One of the world’s leading players in PE and investments is recruiting for a junior to mid-level lawyer with sound investment banking or fund formation experience to be based in Sydney, Australia

You will have:

2-4 years' of post qualified experience
Experience in offering memoranda, documentation relating to investment structures.
Knowledge on complex investment structure (funds, mandates and financing solutions)
Proactive, and commercial savvy approach to negotiating T&Cs with clients and service providers
