ADHOC Kitchenhands/Chefs

Are you an experienced kitchen hand or chef seeking flexible opportunities? We're building a talent pool of enthusiastic workers for ADHOC hospital kitchen settings in Adelaide, ready to be called in as opportunities arise. You need to be available for on call for both roles. Full availability across a 7-day week required for morning, afternoon and night shifts

Location: Adelaide, South Australia
Shifts: ADHOC - Be available on call for various shifts across both locations

Kitchen Chef

Previous experience in aged care or healthcare kitchens preferred but not mandatory
Prepare, cook and serve food in accordance with menus
Ensuring high level of quality and presentation is achieved at all times
Collaborate with Head Chef
Provide a safe working environment in the kitchen and back of house areas
To act in accordance with the Company’s Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Workplace, Health & Safety and Quality Assurance programs and guidelines

Kitchenhand Role

Assist with preparing and plating meals
Load trolleys for meal service
Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness
Perform general cleaning duties
Knowledge of safe food handling practices
