Apply: Senior Project Manager - Business/Shared Services

This role sits within the Corporate /Shared Services Division and is responsible delivering a large scale critical project through the full project life cycle.

Responsibilities include managing requirements validation, detailed project plan, build, implementation  into BAU across multiple business divisions. This includes managing a matrix team of Business Analyst, Project Managers (internal and vendor); reporting and governance across the multiple streams and Senior/Executive stakeholder management.

Exp with Contigent Labour Hire solutions is beneficial but not mandatory.

Experience and Skills required:
  • Demonstrated solid experience managing complex projects including multiple streams from end to end - scope definition, planning, implementation
  • Experience delivering transformation projects in Shared Services/workforce solutions in large scale, federated environments
  • Strong project management discipline including governance and reporting across multi stream projects including internal and external stakeholders and vendors
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication with the ability to engage and influence business stakeholders across the organisation
  • Strong people leadership/management in matrix environment
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications and/or professional qualifications
