About the Roles
We are recruiting for four (4) office-based positions, including:
  • Administration Officer
  • Receptionist
  • Office Coordinator
These roles suit candidates who are organised, customer-focused, and enjoy being the backbone of a busy office.
 
Duties
Responsibilities will vary depending on the position, but may include:
  • Front desk reception and first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Answering and directing phone calls and email enquiries
  • General administration, data entry, and document management
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and diaries
  • Supporting managers and teams with day-to-day office operations
  • Maintaining accurate records and a professional office environment

Skills and Experience
To be successful in one of these roles, you will ideally have:
  • Previous experience in administration, reception, or office coordination
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational abilities
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and office systems
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
