Client Details

 Our client is a global phenomenon, starting right on our very shores. With millions of fans around the globe they have started a cult in fashion that continues to grow and expand at a rapid rate even in the current climate. They are looking for an Ops manager, not only be across their standard operations but take the operations lead internally not only within a warehouse environment but across all office and commercial operations. This is a role that will play to all your strengths and could set you up to take on a GM position in the future .

Description 

Focus on improving and streamlining all commercial operational efficiency's
Compliance with logistics and company quality, safety standards, policies and procedures
Develop, lead and scope international expansion growth opportunities
Implementation of an ERP system and system development
Manage complex multiple stakeholder and cross function projects
Maintain relationships with freight forwarders, suppliers & partners with responsibility  for contract negotiation
Oversee staffing, workload and performance
Review operating procedures, systems and tools across the business
Establish and implement KPIs across all areas of responsiblity
Execute and identify cost saving initiatives while maintaining quality output 


Profile

You will ideally come from a back ground in a fast paced business with an international reach across fashion or consumer. You will understand the high level of service and operational efficiency needed to deliver in a highly competitive market and be at the forefront in technology across supply chain and operations. You have aspirations to move in to a GM role having had extensive exposure across commercial operations not just warehouse or supply chain. Ideally you will have a need and desire for working with a creative, energetic passionate team making waves and pushing forward putting Australian businesses on the map Internationally.
