A global fintech payments company is looking for a Compliance Manager to manage the compliance programs of the company across their global business. To succeed in this role, you need to have sound knowledge of regulations, policy development and AML.

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing end-to-end compliance advisory
• Providing AML / CFT mitigation advice
• Establishing a strong compliance culture and effective compliance program
• Filling STRs and managing sanctions escalations
• Being the point of contact with regulators on compliance requirements and queries

 You will have:

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in financial services industry including payments / cards
• Prior regional experience
• Knowledgeable on regulations in payments
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
