We are working with a leading US law firm that is looking to hire a Junior M&A Associate into their corporate team in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have:

1-3 years PQE and is qualified to the US, UK or Singapore bar
Experience working on complex cross-border private M&A, corporate real estate, JVs and/or PE/VC transactions
Currently at a leading Singapore law firm or an International law firm in Asia
Excellent academic results (transcripts required)
Mandarin or other Asian language skills will be advantageous to liaise with regional clients
