My client is a reputable international law firm known for their Corporate & Capital Markets expertise in the region.

They are urgently looking for a Mid-Level (Singapore Qualified) Corporate Lawyer to join their team here in Singapore.

The team acts for private equity funds, investment banks, listed and private companies on a broad range of corporate transactions such as corporate finance, venture capital, capital markets, takeovers, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures.

To qualify for the role, you should be a Junior-Mid Level Lawyer with broad corporate experience gained from a reputable local law firm, and ideally able to commence as soon as possible.
