General Counsel (Tech and SaaS)

The Role:
We are working with a fast-growing, well-backed Tech company that is hiring a GC/Chief Legal Officer to lead its legal function. You will manage a team. This is a strategic leadership role covering a wide range of responsibilities, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, intellectual property, risk management, and legal support for HR and M&A activities. The ideal candidate will be a business-minded legal advisor who can balance legal risk with commercial objectives and support the company’s growth with sound, pragmatic advice.

Requirements:

Minimum 20+ years of legal experience, ideally with both top-tier law firm and in-house SaaS/Telco/tech exposure
Strong command of contract law, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and technology related legal matters
Commercial mindset with the ability to align legal advice to business goals
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
