The position:
This role is predominantly focused on 'back-end' dispute resolution, however you will also be immediately exposed to 'top-tier' type litigation and arbitration on major projects involving major participants in the construction and infrastructure space, together with adjudications and judicial reviews under the Security of Payment Act.
 
What you need:
The successful candidate will  be  able  to  demonstrate  significant  prior  experience  with  a leading construction practice.    Previous exposure to business development activities and a strong desire to build your own practice are highly desirable.
