Client Details

Our client is an exceptional heritage business we all know and love, leveraging their brands strength they have evolved with exciting concepts, NPD and Innovation in a fun and competetive category capturing the love and loyalty of generations. In this role you will be responsible for the evolution of some of their core and most loved products, you will have incredible mentoring and leadership to draw on and be given the opportunity to completely own these brands and their success in market, learning a lot and having a lot of fun along the way. 

Description 

• Effectively develop, manage and execute brand plans and marketing initiatives 
• Lead the development of ATL and BTL campaign plans 
• Project leader and strategic marketing contribution into New Product Development
• Work closely with cross-functional project team (internal and external stakeholders) for development and launch of new products
• Championing brand image and activity across all channels
• Driving market analysis and category insights
• Effective management of product portfolio
• Manage the financial health of the brand


Profile

On top of having a strong background in brand management you will have exceptional insights and data skills with the ability to capture, read and base decisions off scan data and consumer insights. You will have a healthy creative flare and be able to manage external agency relationships strengthening the ability to join together and deliver exciting and successful brand campaigns and new product launches. You will draw on your project management skills for end to end delivery and thrive on working in a supportive yet autonomous environment where you will be surrounded by extremely passionate peers.
