Apply: Commercial Property Lawyer or Associate 3-5 PAE

Our client is a strong brand with a global presence & a strong reputation in the commercial property space. They are seeking a driven 3-5 PAE commercial property lawyer to join a friendly & collegiate team in Sydney advising on a range of transactions for institutional developers, investment funds, fund managers and major infrastructure owners.

Working closely with two Chambers-rated Partners, you will undertake a:
  • Broad mix of commercial acquisitions & disposals, complex leasing & development work from start to finish.
  • Project management work involving renewables and infrastructure projects as well as transaction structuring.
  • Acting for a mix of clients on capital transactions both domestically and offshore.
This role would suit a career driven mid-level  lawyer or Associate who is passionate about this work & looking to make a step-up career wise.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • At least 3-5 years’ PAE in commercial property from a national or larger firm environment – with prior exposure to commercial leasing & development;
  • Excellent drafting & interpersonal skills.
  • You will be autonomous & run your own files.
  • You will be motivated, energetic and enjoy building relationships with clients.
