This is an established firm which is centrally located, just a few minutes walk from train station. Remote working is available and the firm has adopted all of the latest cloud based software. With over $2m in revenue this sole partner business offers a highly specialized and personal service to its client base.

The Opportunity
Due to a partner recently retiring this firm is seeking an experienced senior manager who can grow into an equity partner position after 12months.
  • Management of a fee portfolio worth c$1m
  • Responsibility for daily operations
  • Train, mentor and develop team
  • Foster an maintain excellent client relationships
  • Create efficiencies and improve processes
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional services to clients
The Person

The ideal candidate:
  • Ambitions to progress to an equity partner role
  • Proven track record building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
  • Ability to provide advice on complex matters
  • 8+ years experience
  • At least 2 years experience in a management role
