Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key financial services clients is currently seeking multiple Senior Business Analysts with Regulatory experience to work on a range of banking and compliance programs.  The contract opportunities are initially 6 months engagement with the view to extend starting in Mid-Dec or January 2020.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with proven end to end experience who can work with stakeholders from senior executives, to teams that deliver products and services (on/off shore).  You will have the experience to address business focused compliance projects against a backdrop of a rapidly changing technology landscape. 

The range of projects may include regulatory and compliance across origination,  serviceability, BCoP, credit cards, data and reporting.

Experience and background requirements include:

  • 8+ years as a E2E Business Analyst including process, ideally from a financial services or banking organisation
  • Strong process mapping/ requirements gathering
  • Gap analysis and assessing impacts
  • Strong regulatory and compliance
  • Strong stakeholder management across risk, legal and marketing
  • Working with multiple technology systems and streams
  • Data mapping/ data feeds and modelling
  • Working with on/off shore development and testing teams
  • Experience in Agile
  • Experience managing the technology groups
