Our client AGL is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead two SAP delivery teams on an exciting new initiative. This role is pivotal in driving agile practices, fostering high-performing teams, and ensuring delivery aligns with customer and business value. If you have a strong background in Agile methodologies and SAP environments, we’d love to hear from you. This is a six-month contract role based in Melbourne CBD in a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies across two SAP scrum teams
  • Coach teams to become autonomous, self-organising, and continuously improving
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Delivery Leads to manage and refine product backlogs
  • Coordinate release management and ensure production readiness
  • Identify and resolve team blockers and inter-team dependencies
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Navigate enterprise environments to influence and achieve outcomes
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and delivery plans
  • Encourage knowledge sharing across teams and support team growth

Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience leading agile product delivery teams
  • Strong Scrum Master experience, ideally with a digital and SAP focus
  • Scrum Master certification (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Practical experience with Agile frameworks; scaled agile in enterprise environments preferred
  • Proven ability to coach teams and facilitate agile ceremonies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and scheduling capabilities
  • Passion for Agile values and team success
  • Understanding of design thinking and agile inceptions (preferred but not mandatory)
