Your New Role

As Digital Engagement Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the group’s digital engagement strategy. Working alongside a passionate team - including the Marketing Manager, SEO Specialist, Social Media Officers, and Business Unit Managers - you’ll ensure each brand’s digital presence supports their business goals and speaks with a clear, compelling voice.

You’ll also collaborate with the corporate leadership team and external marketing consultant to align all digital initiatives with broader company objectives.


Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Marketing Manager and divisional leads to define digital brand identity and story
• Launch and optimise websites, prioritising those with high potential for fast commercial return
• Analyse and report on website performance, making data-led improvements
• Evaluate and implement cross-channel digital strategies for customer engagement and acquisition
• Address SEO and SEM initiatives, balancing technical performance with creative brand messaging and customer experience

About You

You’re a results-driven digital professional with strong experience in website management, digital marketing strategy, and channel optimisation. You’re both analytical and creative—with the ability to think strategically and execute efficiently.

You bring:

• A portfolio of website or digital channel success stories across multiple industries
• Commercially savvy thinking—able to link digital initiatives to measurable business outcomes
• Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, UX and CX best practices, and digital content strategy
• Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
• Experience across diverse sectors such as health, hospitality, property development, architecture, construction and/or B2B/B2C hybrid environments
