Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales target in assigned key accounts pharmacy
Build and maintain strong relationship with customers, buyers, and pharmacists.
Weekly update on trade development, competitor’s info, consumer trends
Explore new business opportunities to promote growth of sales
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Team in organizing promotional activities such as trade exhibition, road shows, Pharmacists/Retail staff educational talks etc
Monthly Sales report update on assigned territory to Sales Manager.
Maintain updated knowledge of products, share product information with pharmacists, buyers and retail staff
Ensure stocks are well merchandise and timely setup of instore secondary display when required
Scientifically detail the product to the pharmacists.
Engagement with Pharmacists to understand their prescribing habits and recommendation to customer. Provide support help and support to ensure an impeccable brand experience

Requirements:

Min 2-3 years of proven experience in a Trade Sales role in Consumer Health
Experience in Pharmaceutical industry will have an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills & with a positive attitude
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Having covered the chain pharmacies is a plus.
Good initiative and strong desire to achieve sales objectives
Computer skill: PowerPoint, Excel and Words
Good team player
