Our client is a high-profile organisation delivering essential services to large internal and external customer base. Due to continued investment in new digital projects and initiatives, we are now looking for 2 x additional Full-Stack Java Developers, to join a revered Agile team and contribute in driving customer centric solutions across both business and IT.

You will provide technical leadership in developing and delivering web applications and User Interface, as well as managing the whole lifecycle of software development, including system design, build, test, and implementation.

Other key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with your Scrum Team to define and implement innovative solutions.
  • Promote software development guidelines, best practices and standards.
  • Work on high-profile projects that will make a meaningful impact on the community and services provided to the public of NSW.
Experience needed for the positions:
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Full-Stack Java Developer role, ideally within an Enterprise environment
  • Experience in Java development - Spring and Hibernate
  • Experience in CSS, HTML 5
  • Experience in Front End/UI and Backend development in a JavaScript environment
  • Experience in AngularJS development, with experience in other JavaScript frameworks highly desired.
  • Experience with React Framework and working with Jenkins.
  • Understanding of DevOps concepts and use, with experience working within an Agile scrum delivery team.
The second role is more Mobile focused, so ideally you will have experience developing Android applications or working with Android dev teams.
