Regional Compliance Lead – Global Fund Management

The Role:
My client is a leading global fund house and we are a looking for a seasoned Compliance leader in Singapore. You will be reporting to the CEO and will oversee the SG and HK Compliance function for the business.

Responsibilities:

Liaise with MAS and SFC on Compliance related issues.
Identify Compliance gaps and implement framework to mitigate gaps and risks
Ensure that policies are in line with Regulatory requirements and provide advisory to the business.
Any other ad hoc Regulatory Compliance duties across the Group level
Maintain and build a Compliance culture in the firm

You must:

A bachelor's degree in a reputable university
10 years of experience in a Regulatory Compliance role – ideally in with alternative experience
Strong understanding of MAS and SFC.
Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
