Our client is a multinational food manufacturing company based in the Western Suburbs of Sydney. They are an expanding business with a lot of opportunity for growth and development.
 
Description

  • As the Inventory Analyst you will be responsible for all inventory management of products at the site. You will be managing all finished product stock controls on a daily basis to ensure meeting customer needs with minimal financial losses.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the completion of daily review of stocks to meet customer orders and reduce write offs
  • Ensure correct paperwork for all inward and outward stock
  • Ensure cold room documentation is keyed daily
  • Ensure all incoming products are correctly receipted in and stored in correction location
  • Liaise with planning teams to ensure stock levels are adequate to cover sales and minimize stock dumps
  • Manage UBD, rotation issues, capacity and trends with excessive days cover
  • Inventory control and stock balances on SAP and WMS
  • Reporting to the management team
  • Implementation of new inventory management systems
  • Oversee customer claims
