A global market leader, providing an array of services to the Oil & Gas industry, are hiring for a Manufacturing Director. Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team in Asia, the role has responsibility for multiple plants within the region contributing to global supply chain strategy.
The Manufacturing Director will lead a regional team producing Oilfield Equipment for global customers. He/she will drive effective collaboration amongst the plants to optimize performance, improve cost management and align on efficient manufacturing processes whilst leading transformation projects to achieve operational excellence in end to end manufacturing and global supply chain strategy.

Whilst driving optimal output from the plants and driving transformation initiatives, the Manufacturing Director will also lead on HSE, quality, delivery commitments, productivity, inventory management and ongoing NPI programs.

The successful candidate will have extensive plant management experience within a heavy equipment/industrial industry. The Manufacturing Director will have extensive experience in the Asia Pacific region with a proven track record of the manufacturing processes and interconnection in the global supply chain. In addition, the Manufacturing Director will have led transformation projects, be able to influence in a matrix organisation and be able to identify improvement opportunities across the value chain.
