My client is one of the world's largest financial service providers.
 

Job Responsibilities:

Provides strategic technology leadership and lead IT transformation within the Singapore Office to support banking business requirements, banking platform requirements, and banking IT operation requirements (e.g. review part of the IT target operating model (including but not limited to the in-sourcing/outsourcing of IT functions to ensure effective usage of vendors)

Oversees the following Singapore IT teams managing:

• Information technology risk and planning (Planning and General Administration, System Risk Management, Cybersecurity Management)
• Change The Bank (CTB) initiatives, development of banking business applications and deployment of new infrastructures, working with HO and APAC CIO office to enhance Singapore's system environment
• Run The Bank (RTB) initiatives, Operations and maintenance (Database Administration, Network Administration, Server Administration, Application Administration, System Operation, Desktop and Field Support)
• Responsible for the information security strategy and programme of the bank, including but not limited to security policies and procedures to safeguard information assets, information security controls, and the management of information security breaches.

Manages the Singapore IT programmes and initiatives.

System Risk and Compliance

• Responsible for the oversight of IT-related outsourcing arrangements.
• Responsible for oversight of system risk related arrangements and audit response for Internal/External Auditors

People Management

• This role manages through managers and is responsible for managing the allocation of resources and control risk within the provided limits.
