Apply: Legal Counsel (Healthcare)

My client is one of Southeast Asia largest Healthcare provider and is presently looking to recruit for a Legal Counsel to join their team in Singapore.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be providing strategic legal support and advice to various business units, particularly in areas of corporate transactions such as Joint Ventures, banking and finance transactions (general loans as well as other financing matters), as well as corporate commercial matters.

You will be required to review, negotiate (& sometimes draft) the relevant legal documentations to various parties, liaise with external counsels, as well as to regularly update on any regulatory changes and developments.

Requirements:

• Common Law Qualification, with strong preference for Singapore Bar admission
• 5+ PQE, ideally gained from a transactional practice (Corporate/Banking)
• In-house experience gained from the Healthcare/Pharma sector would be viewed favourably
• Experience in handling multi-jurisdictional transactions will be ideal
• A good team player with strong stakeholder management skills
