We are working with a reputable organization within the consumer goods space. They are looking for a seasoned lntellectual Property (IP) & general corporate generalist counsel for global corporate actions.

Requirements

You will have:

Min 10-15 PQE
Intellectual property strategy, portfolio management, brand/category management trademark & general commercial distribution agreements
Prior IP Litigation experience (preferred)
Experience within FMCG, F&B industries preferred
Excellent EQ and interpersonal skills to work closely with stakeholders to review IPR and protection strategy
