The Role:

Our client is a well-established bank in Singapore. They are currently looking for an Associate/AVP to join their Training and Development team. You will be supporting the bank's initiatives to incorporate a learning culture, and contribute towards leadership training and development for succession planning.

Ideal Candidature:

Diploma or Degree of any discipline
Min. 6 years' experience in-house or HR consulting in B2B environment
Preferably at least 3 years experience in learning and development
Good interpersonal communication skills is a pre-requisite in order to manage stakeholders effectively
