• 1-5 yrs of experience in investments and financial modelling. As this role covers a fair bit of Indonesia, native Bahasa speakers are mandatory for this role.

 
Job Responsibilities

• Participate in evaluation and execution of full investment activities/ cycle - including leading initial screening, due diligence workstreams, financial analyses, internal approvals, negotiation of transaction terms and structuring of documentation, post investment portfolio management and exit
• Build financial models, valuation analysis, produce presentations illustrating fund’s value add to potential targets and maintain active dialogue with the sell-side to facilitate origination of investment opportunities
• Work closely with senior partners and members on strategy and negotiations
• Sector agnostic
• Regional coverage: APAC, Singapore / Indonesia
• Source for investment opportunities and cultivate networks to support deal generation and grow sector expertise
• Develop and maintain tools and systems supporting investment decision-making and portfolio management

 
Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in any discipline
• 1-5 years of relevant experience ideally in investment banking / PE
• Native Bahasa / Indonesian candidates are MANDATORY for the role due to the Indonesia coverage scope of work
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Financial modelling experience is 100% mandatory
• Team based environment, family culture, small team
• Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
