To lead the team handling non-medical matters and the child care department. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing human resource business partners in the nursing, operations, administration and policies and childcare business segments.

Requirements:

At least 8 years’ relevant experience with minimum 5 years in a managerial/supervisory position.
Experience managing large and complex teams.
Possess strong leadership with the maturity to lead and deal with challenging and complex situations.
Possess strong planning, organizational, analytical (statistic) and decision-making skills.

Qualities:

Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships.
Independent worker, possesses initiative to complete tasks and projects assigned.
Ability to work in stressful environments.
