Maxima has been engaged to recruit a casual Administration Officer - for an entry level role based in the Western suburbs.

About the role
Working in the front office of a Distribution Centre, you will be involved in a range of administrative tasks to record, process and track orders.
You will also be responsible for:

Greeting visitors to the Distribution Centre
Answering and directing calls
Responding to emails

About you
You are well presented and have good interpersonal skills. You are looking for an opportunity to work in a supportive team environment where you can build upon your administrative skills, learning from a professional team.

You have experience with the Microsoft Suite - including Outlook, Word and Excel, are reliable and punctual and will be able to successfully complete:

Full medical - including Drug and Alcohol Testing
National Police Check
