Permanent Role with AWS and Variable Bonus
Up to $3000 for Candidates with Experiences in Facilities Management Industry
Up to $2300 for Entry Level Diploma Holder
Island Wide, Multiple Locations Available
Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday Half Day Shift 8.30am to 1pm (Rotate Once Every 3 weeks)

Responsibilities:

Carry out estate inspection, identify building defects and supervise maintenance and improvement works.
Attend to residents / tenants’ enquiries, monitor contractors’ performance and manage arrear cases.
Working with grassroot leaders on maintenance issues and to organize activities
Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Entry level for candidate with Diploma in Building / Facilities Management / Real Estate Business / Intelligent building / Green Building
Non relevant diploma holders must have minimum 2 years experiences in facilities management
Able to work under pressure
