Assistant Procurement Manager (IT)

A market leading organisation with a global presence and large footprint in the renewable energy space are hiring for an Assistant Procurement Manager. You will be responsible for managing groupwide procurement spend within IT including Hardware, Software and Infrastructure.

As Assistant Procurement Manager, you will be responsible defining, developing and executing sourcing strategies across IT spend, effectively leading negotiations with suppliers to identify opportunity for key cost savings whilst engaging with senior procurement and business stakeholders. You will also lead group wide sourcing projects including supplier relationship management and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have strong technical experience in IT procurement coupled with a trac record in vendor and contract management, supplier development and strategic sourcing.
