We currently have some fantastic opportunities in our Project Controls team in Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington.

The Roles:

Document Controllers: Provide effective management of project data and documentation, including project team support to achieve this goal. Coordinate the registration of al key project data and document artefacts into project information management tools. Undertake document and data quality checks prior to document and data external transmission and delivery.
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in a related discipline.

Project Controllers: Support in the delivery of high performing projects through assisting Project Managers and delivery teams with forward looking cost control, scheduling, project and process set up to ensure that we achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients. Develop resource requirement plans in line with agreed baseline schedule. Develop and price resource estimates for inclusion into project estimates / budgets.
You will have a tertiary qualification in the fields of construction / engineering or equivalent. You will also have formal training and/or experience in schedule, cost, and risk management systems.

Senior Project Controllers: Support in the delivery of high performing projects through assisting Project Managers and delivery teams with forward looking cost control, scheduling, project and process set up to ensure that we achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients. Engage key stakeholders to develop and agree robust work breakdown structures at the appropriate project stage. Develop project schedules that are technically robust from a planning perspective.
You will have a tertiary qualification in the fields of construction / engineering or equivalent. You will also have formal training and/or experience in schedule, cost, and risk management systems. You will have proved experience in fee estimate, tenders, contracts, claims, variations, project planning, schedule integration, schedule analysis, cost analysis, and project performance measurement and management.
